📦 Return Policy – LCShopTech

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

🕒 Return period (Right of withdrawal)

You have 14 days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
The return request must be submitted before the 14-day period expires.

✅ Acceptance conditions

We accept returns if the product is:

  • Intact, unused, and complete with original packaging and accessories (manuals, cables, etc.);

  • Free from signs of use, damage, or tampering;

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

📩 How to request a return

  • Send an email to info@lcshoptech.com including your order number and the reason for the return.

  • You will receive a reply with shipping instructions within 24–48 business hours.

  • Ship the package within 14 days of our authorization.

Note: We currently do not apply restocking fees.

🚚 Return shipping costs and address

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • After evaluating the returned item, we will cover the costs or issue a full refund in case of damage or non-conformity.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the shipment until delivery. We recommend using a trackable courier service and proper packaging.

💳 Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order within 5–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
If the item is not eligible for return, it may be shipped back to the customer.

🔁 Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are not handled directly. Please return the item and place a new order.

🛠️ Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lcshoptech.com.

  • We will cover all return/replacement costs or issue a full refund.
