Terms and Conditions of LCShopTech

Welcome to LCShopTech. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website www.lcshoptech.com or purchasing products. By accessing the website or placing an order, you fully accept these Terms.

2. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern the use of the website and the sale of the products offered. A purchase is completed upon order confirmation sent by email. Any different conditions must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Products and availability

Product features and images on the website are for illustrative purposes. The main details published on the website (title, description, price, availability) shall prevail. We reserve the right to modify or suspend product availability and prices without prior notice, without affecting orders already confirmed.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (Stripe/PayPal or other specified gateways), PayPal, bank transfer (if available).
Payments are processed through secure (SSL) connections. We do not store full payment card details.

5. Delivery and shipping

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery time: varies by destination

  • Couriers used: e.g. Poste / GLS / DHL / UPS

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

6. Right of withdrawal and return procedure

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the product, without providing a reason.

Procedure:

  • Notify us of your intention to withdraw by emailing info@lcshoptech.com, indicating the order number and product.

  • Ship the return within 14 days of the notice, to the return address we will provide.

  • The product must be returned unused, intact, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: the amount will be refunded within the timeframe required by law after the return has been received and inspected.

Return costs: borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors by LCShopTech (in such cases, LCShopTech will cover return shipping costs).

7. Warranty and defects

Under Italian law, customers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code for 2 years from delivery. For defective or non-conforming products, contact us at info@lcshoptech.com with photos and a description of the issue.

8. Restrictions, safety, and compliance

Some products may be subject to sales restrictions in certain countries (local regulations, certifications, controls). LCShopTech verifies and declares compliance, but the customer is responsible for import requirements where applicable.
All product information on Merchant Center must match the website (title, description, images, price, availability). Discrepancies may result in suspensions.

9. Returns for safety reasons and prohibited products

We do not sell prohibited or recalled products. If a product is restricted in a specific country, we will remove the offer and clearly indicate any destination-based sales limitations on the product page.

10. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: /privacy.
Cookies: we use technical cookies and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies (see cookie banner).

11. Liability and limitations

LCShopTech is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of earnings. Maximum liability for direct damages not covered by warranty is limited to the amount paid for the order. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law (e.g. in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence).

12. Intellectual property rights

All website content (texts, images, logos) is the property of LCShopTech or licensed to it. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

13. Commercial and advertising policies

Offers, discounts, and promotions are governed by specific rules stated on the relevant pages.
Misleading advertising is not permitted; advertised products correspond to the actual features shown on the product pages.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Turin, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.
